How it works, in 5 steps

1. Sign up. Your name and phone number is all we need.
2. We call you. We call the number you left to confirm. Once you are approved, that phone number is your partner code.
3. Sell vouchers. Send guests your link, or let them scan the QR code on your partner card. Your code attaches to the order by itself. You can also buy for a guest.
4. Your guest gets the voucher. The voucher and its QR code are emailed to the buyer, with your name, code and phone number printed on it. If the guest reads the voucher code to the cashier when ordering extra food or drinks, they get 5% off.
5. You get paid. Once we have collected the payment, your commission is sent to you the next day. Every payment comes with a confirmation email.

Packages and commission

Prices include VAT. Commission is worked out on the price before VAT, so what you earn per voucher is a little under 10% of the price.

What your guest receives

The voucher carries your details

• A QR code and a voucher code. The code is the 8-character voucher number, the issue date (6 digits) and your partner code, written together, for example K7M2QX9A2210260912345678
• Package name and expiry date
• Partner name
• Partner code (the phone number you signed up with)
• Partner phone number

The email your guest gets

• Order code and the buyer's details
• The package bought, the total, and whether it is paid
• A QR code for each voucher, and its expiry date
• How to use the voucher, and a lookup link
• If bought through a partner: your name and phone number too

Buying for a guest

1. Open your selling link, or type your phone number into the Partner code box
2. Enter the guest's name, phone and email
3. Pay by VietQR (you or the guest can transfer)
4. The voucher goes to the guest's email, with your name, code and phone printed on it
5. The commission goes to your code

Before you sign up

• Commission. 10% of the selling price before VAT, on every voucher. You earn the same whether you sell yourself or buy for a guest.
• When you get paid. The day after SAO PHU QUOC has collected the money for that order. We pay by bank transfer to the account you gave when you signed up, and every payment comes with a confirmation email. Please add your email when you sign up so you get it.
• Your bank account. You give the bank name, account number and account holder when you sign up. It is used only to send you your commission and is never printed on a voucher or partner card. To change it, call the hotline and we will confirm by phone.
• Cancelled orders. If an order is cancelled before its commission is paid, the commission for that order is cancelled too.
• Your code. Your partner code is the phone number you signed up with and were approved on. There is nothing else to remember.
• What is printed on the voucher. The voucher and the guest's email show your name, code and phone number. That is how we know whose order it is and pay you correctly, so you need to agree to this when you sign up.
• Voucher terms. Valid for 60 days. Cannot be combined with other offers. A surcharge applies on Tet and public holidays. Packages from 1,499,000 VND need 24 hours' notice. Seafood is seasonal, so we sometimes swap in an equivalent dish.
• Travel Agency Pack. For travel agencies only. Every order must be for 5 guests or more and bought with a partner code. Commission on this package is agreed separately, so call the hotline to settle it.
• 5% off for your guests. A guest who reads the voucher code to the cashier when ordering extra food or drinks gets 5% off, once per voucher.
• Checking the numbers. Call the hotline any time. We will go through the amounts with you by day, week or month.

How do I become a partner?

Fill in the form above. SAO PHU QUOC calls to confirm, and once you are approved you get your own code and selling link.

How will I know I have been approved?

We tell you by email (if you gave one) or by phone or Zalo. You can also enter your phone number under Check your status on this page.

What is my partner code, and where do I type it?

It is the phone number you signed up with and were approved on. Guests who come through your link or scan your QR type nothing. When you buy for yourself or for a guest, type that phone number into the Partner code box, and the page shows your name so you can check it.

I forgot my code.

No problem, your code is simply the phone number you signed up with. To see your status, enter that number under Check your status.

What does a voucher code look like?

It is the 8-character voucher number, the issue date (6 digits) and your partner code, written together, for example K7M2QX9A2210260912345678. A voucher bought directly, not through a partner, has no partner part. The expiry date is printed separately on the voucher, the email and the print-out.

Can I buy for a guest?

Yes. Open your link and enter the guest's details. The voucher goes to the guest's email with your name, code and phone printed on it, and the commission goes to your code.

What is the partner card for?

Once you are approved, open the card on this page and print it. It shows a QR code, your name, phone, email, company and partner code. A guest who scans the QR lands on the voucher page with your code already attached.

Can I print a voucher from the website?

Yes. After payment the page shows the full voucher (QR code, voucher code, expiry date, partner name, code and phone) with a Print voucher button.

How much commission do I get?

10% of the price before VAT, on every package, Family Cove 499,000 VND included and also when you work as a driver. Travel Agency Pack commission is agreed separately.

When do I get paid?

The day after SAO PHU QUOC has collected the money. When an order is paid you get an email with the amount and the date you will receive it. When the money is sent, you get another email to confirm. Both go to the email you signed up with.

How is the money sent?

By bank transfer to the account you gave when you signed up. Every payment comes with a confirmation email. If you are abroad without a Vietnamese account, we agree another way with you.

How do I change my bank account?

Call the hotline. We confirm with you by phone before we change it, so your money never goes to the wrong person.

How do I see how much I have earned?

You get an email with the amount for each paid order. For totals by day, week or month, call the hotline and we will go through them with you.

What happens to the commission if an order is cancelled?

If an order is cancelled before its commission is paid, the commission for that order is cancelled too.

Why does the voucher print my name and phone number?

So we know the order is yours and can pay you. Without them we cannot match the order, which is why you agree to it when you sign up.

What is the code on the voucher for?

Each voucher has a code. A guest who reads it to the cashier when ordering extra food or drinks at the counter gets 5% off, once per voucher while it is valid.

How long is a voucher valid?

How does the guest pay and get the voucher?

After the order is created the guest picks how to pay: open a bank app, scan a VietQR code, or pay at the counter. Once it is paid, the voucher and QR code go to the email the guest entered, and the page shows the voucher right away.

What is the Travel Agency Pack?

A 479,000 VND package with a drink, lunch and a seat, for travel agencies only. Every order must be for 5 guests or more and bought with your partner code. It only shows up when you come in through your partner link or enter your partner code.
